Their experience in management of hospital services and community health projects that made them realize the need for the health college as an additional not for profit program under Tandabui Health Access Tanzania (THAT). The idea a health college was justified by scarcity of qualified health professionals in the country v/s increasing in the national population as well as scarcity of mid-cadre health college’s v/s huge number of qualified secondary school grandaunts.
